Development briefs

Development briefs set out the design guidance for new developments within Milton Keynes. They have not been not adopted as SPD/SPG and many were prepared prior to the adoption of Plan:MK. As such they would be afforded limited weight in the determination of a related planning application.

The following development briefs for land owned by Milton Keynes Development Partnership (MKDP) have been approved by Milton Keynes City Council.
